What You’ll Do

Coordinate caregiver schedules so every client shift is consistently and appropriately staffed
Work with caregivers to fill open shifts, manage schedule changes, and keep availability records accurate
Monitor daily schedules and quickly resolve call-offs, late arrivals, and coverage gaps
Serve as the main contact for scheduling questions from clients and caregivers
Keep accurate documentation, maintain compliance, and provide on-call support for after-hours staffing needs

What You’ll Need

1 year of home care scheduling experience (required)
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (required)
Must be at least 18 years old
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred
CNA experience preferred
