Day to Day:

Provide hands‑on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility in the client’s home
Promote client safety, comfort, and dignity while encouraging independence according to the individualized care plan
Observe, document, and report changes in physical, cognitive, or emotional condition to the supervising nurse or care team
Follow infection control, safety guidelines, and CNA scope of practice while maintaining accurate care documentation

Qualifications:

CNA certificate - does NOT need to be active
Must have 1 year of experience
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have a personal vehicle, valid driver's license and auto insurance
Dependable and compassionate attitude
