Day to Day:
- Provide hands‑on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility in the client’s home
- Promote client safety, comfort, and dignity while encouraging independence according to the individualized care plan
- Observe, document, and report changes in physical, cognitive, or emotional condition to the supervising nurse or care team
- Follow infection control, safety guidelines, and CNA scope of practice while maintaining accurate care documentation
Qualifications:
- CNA certificate - does NOT need to be active
- Must have 1 year of experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a personal vehicle, valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Dependable and compassionate attitude
