How you will make an impact:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant - Home Health at Baywood Home Care, you will provide essential personal care and supportive services to ensure our client's physical and emotional well-being. You will maintain a conducive home environment and facilitate the client's journey towards greater independence by assisting with tasks outlined on the client's care plan. Tasks that you may be completing include those of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility support, and medication reminders. Our caregivers work closely with both the client and their families, meeting them with compassion and understanding.
Schedule Varies: This is a part-time position with 4 hour shifts 2-3 days a week and occasional holidays required.
What you will need:
- Must have completed the training and competency evaluations required by Minnesota Statute 144A.4795, Subd. 7, parts b., c., and d.
- Home Health Aide Certificate/Competency completion.
- Active CNA Certification in MN.
- At least one year of CNA experience.
- High School Graduate or GED preferred.
