What You'll Do:
- Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure all client shifts are consistently and appropriately staffed
- Communicate with caregivers to fill open shifts, manage schedule changes, and maintain accurate availability records
- Monitor daily schedules, proactively resolving call-offs, late arrivals, and coverage gaps with timely replacements
- Serve as the primary contact for scheduling needs, supporting both clients and caregivers with prompt, professional communication
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance while providing on-call support and flexible availability to address after-hours staffing needs and urgent coverage gaps
What You'll Need:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business or related field preferred
- One year of home care scheduling experience required
- Home Care experience required
- Previous CNA experience preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
