What You'll Do:
- Ensure efficient and effective coordination of home health care services
- Oversee the scheduling team across both the Twin Cities and Southwest offices
- Serve as the scheduler in charge and support key administrative functions
- Assist with managing accounts receivable and payroll operations, processing invoices and payroll when needed
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and financial health of the organization
What You'll Need:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business or related field preferred
- Minimum of one year of scheduling, healthcare coordination or office management experience
- Previous CNA experience preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
