How you will make an impact:
As a Lead Scheduler at Baywood Home Care, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective coordination of home health care services. This position is responsible for overseeing the scheduling team across both the Twin Cities and Southwest offices, serving as a backup scheduler when needed, and supporting key administrative functions. The Scheduling Manager will also assist with managing accounts receivable operations and contribute to the overall efficiency and financial health of the organization.
Schedule: This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday, day shift.
What you will need:
- An associate's degree or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in scheduling, healthcare coordination, or office management required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
